A report on how Stanislavski’s work is taught to students in the UK. The project was initiated by The Standing Conference of University Drama Departments in conjunction with PALATINE (the Higher Education Academy subject centre for Dance, Drama and Music) and led by Professor Kathy Dacre (Rose Bruford College).

Jean Benedetti on his new translation of Stanislavksi’s work
The interview was conducted by Rose Bruford College’s visiting lecturer and co-editor of Theatre Voice, Aleks Sierz. Benedetti talks about his new translation of Konstantin Stanislavski’s writings, and why the Russian director (1863-1938) is still relevant to actor training today.
